WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS.
All returned items must be back to our return address within 10 business days upon receiving your order. Anything received after 10 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to email and pay for the shipping back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated to charity.
We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back.
NON-RETURNABLE Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please do not just send it back. info@bellablueboutique.online.
with pictures and a description of the damage, also be sure to include a picture of your invoice.
Steps to Return Items:
- Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
- Make sure you have created a customer account
- Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns. We also recommend getting a tracking number!
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
- Eligible returns are for Store Credit only.
- We do not issue refunds to original forms of payment. This applies to orders being canceled before items leave our warehouse, as well as duplicate orders.
